Abstract
الاضطرابات التكاثرية اللمفاوية التالية للاغتراس هي اختلاط نادر الحدوث بعد اغتراس الأعضاء الصلبة. ان خطر حدوثه يختلف وفقا لعدة عوامل: عمر الاخذ، الإيجابية المصلية للإنتان بفيروس EBV عند الاخذ والمعطي، نمط الاغتراس وشدة كابتات المناعة المستعملة بعد الاغتراس. تكون الخطورة عالية لحدوث المتلازمة التكاثرية اللمفاوية التالية للاغتراس في الفترة الزمنية الباكرة التالية للاغتراس (خلال السنة الأولى التالية للاغتراس). سوف نعرض حالة سريرية لمتلازمة تكاثرية لمفاوية سلبية EBV تالية لاغتراس كلية عند مريض 43 سنة بعد 12 عاما من الاغتراس.
الحدوث المتأخر للاضرابات التكاثرية اللمفاوية التالية للاغتراس مرتبط بعدة عوامل خطورة متضمنا سلبية الانتان ب EBV، عمر المتلقي الكبير، ومدة استعمال مثبطات المناعة والجرعات العالية منها.
Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders (PTLD) is a rare complication after solid organ transplantation. The risk of PTLD varies with recipient age, serostatus of the donor and the recipient for Epstein–Barr virus, type of organ transplanted and intensity of immunosuppression. The risk of PTLD is highest in the early post-transplant Period.
We report a case of PTLD occurring 12 years after renal transplantation in a 43-year-old man.
Late-onset PTLD is associated with several risk factors, including EBV-negative status, older recipient age, and the duration rather than the type of immunosuppression.
