مدى مشاركة المعلمين في عملية اتخاذ القرار المدرسي وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات دراسة ميدانية على معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي (ح1) في محافظة اللاذقية
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة مشاركة معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في محافظة اللاذقية في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية في المجالات الآتية: مجال القرارات المتعلقة بشؤون الطلبة, مجال القرارات المتعلقة بالمعلمين, مجال القرارات المتعلقة بتنفيذ المنهاج, مجال القرارات المتعلقة بالمبنى المدرسي والأمور المالية, مجال القرارات المتعلقة بالمجتمع المحلي. ودراسة الفروق في تقديرات معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي لدرجة المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات وفقاً لمتغيرات: الجنس, الخبرة, المؤهل العلمي. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي, وبلغ حجم عينة البحث (371) معلماً ومعلمة, تمّ سحبها باستخدام العينة الطبقية العشوائية, وكانت أداة البحث استبانة تضمنت المجالات السابقة, وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- إنّ درجة مشاركة معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية المتعلقة بشؤون الطلبة والمعلمين, والمنهاج, والمبنى المدرسي والأمور المالية, والمجتمع المحلي, هي درجة عالية. 2- لا تختلف درجة مشاركة معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية وفق متغير الجنس. 3- تختلف درجة مشاركة معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في اتخاذ القرارات المدرسية وفق متغيري الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. The research aims to identify the degree of involvement of teachers in the first cycle of basic education in the province of Lattakia in decision-making in the following areas: field decisions relating to the affairs of the students, the decisions regarding teachers, field decisions regarding curriculum, field decisions relating to the building of school and financial matters, and the decisions relating to the local community. The study of the differences in the estimates of the first episode of the teachers of basic education to the degree of participation in decision-making according to the variables of gender, experience, and qualification. The research was based on the descriptive analytical method and the volume of the sample consisted of (371) teachers. It was withdrawn using a stratified random sample and the research tool to identify the areas included the former fields and used statistical methods of research. It found the following results: 1- A high degree of involvement of teachers in the first episode of primary education in decisions relating to the affairs of the school students and teachers, the curriculum, the school building and financial matters, and the local community. 2- A constant degree of involvement of teachers of first episode of primary education in school in decision-making in accordance with the sex variable. 3- Different degrees of involvement of teachers in the first episode of primary education in school decision-making according to the variables of experience and qualification.Downloads
