Abstract

In this research, I tried to shed light on one of the problems of Plato's philosophy and its relationship to other parts of his philosophy, which is the problem of beauty and its relationship to the theory of images. And he was influenced by his teacher, Socrates, in the philosophy of the concept. In this research, I tried to explore his philosophy of beauty through the arts and their types. Good art, as I spoke in the research, is beneficial to the individual and the state. I also tried to overcome obstacles in the theory of participation through art, which Plato sees as an incomplete simulation. In some cases, we cannot understand Plato's philosophy as a contradiction in its literalness, as it takes in its generality and not in its specificity. The subject of sharing between the material and ideal worlds has a lot of contradiction.
