Abstract

In period of prophet Mohammad and his predecessors have been needed police to adjust the Islamic Arabic caliphate. Which turnedout from warring tripes which have ruled by elders to unity country which have ruled by politic leader embodied by prophet Mohammad and after him AL-Rashedeen caliphs. Police have improved by later periods. From Umayyad period - ALAbbasiad- until it reached the high of its development in umayyad in al andalous.
