Plagiarism of Pre-Islamic Poetry in Ben Sallam’s Book A Building Structural Reading in Layers of Classical Poets
Abstract
This paper attempts to provide genetic structure in reading The Book of "Layers of Classical Poets" by Ben Sallam AL- Jamhi (d. 231 AH).This reading is about plagiarism which is one of the most complex issues of pre- Islamic poetry. And this reading will be worked by monitoring the significant relations of critical clause within the context of the book. And then there will be monitoring in the critical context associated closely interactive on the level of critical movement at that time. then connect it all with the general context of the movement of authoring; The research seeks new notation in that case to reach the final judgment by important debate and neutral scientific study, and adopt some principles such as, avoiding the seduction of theoretical assumptions that result from the fascination with the West, then give this issue with a view to enable the maximum extent and give them the opportunity; since this search read plagiarism as convict situation.
