دراسة تصنيفية للطفيليات الخارجية عند النوع السمكي المرمور Lithognathus mormyrus في المياه السورية البحرية

Abstract

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تصنيف بعض أنواع الطّفيليات الخارجيّة التي تصيب سمك المرمور Lithognathus mormyrus. جُمعت العيّنات السمكية من مناطق صيد مختلفة (رأس ابن هانئ, رأس البسيط ومرفأ النزهة في اللاذقية) خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 16/3/2016 و12/8/2017 باستخدام السّنانير, وبلغ العدد الإجمالي للأفراد المصطادة 54)) فرداً. فُحص الجلد والغلاصم والتجويف الغلصمي والفتحتين الأنفيتين والتجويف الفموي لجميع الأفراد المصطادة.

عُزل في هذا البحث الطفيلي Lamillodiscus elegans ((Diplectanidae من غلاصم سمك المرمور بنسبة إصابة (68.57)% وشدة إصابة (39.54) طفيلي/سمكة, وقد تركزت الإصابة في جميع الأقواس الغلصمية. كما عُزل الطفيلي .Hatschekia sp (Hatchekiidae) من جميع الأقواس الغلصمية بنسبة إصابة (14.28)% وشدّة إصابة (2.2) طفيلي/سمكة. وعُزل االطفيلي Axine belones (Axinidae) من القوس الغلصمي الأول بنسبة إصابة (8.57)% وشدة إصابة(2) طفيلي/سمكة. كما عُزل الطفيلي . (Gnathidae) Gnathia spمن القوس الغلصمي الأول بنسبة إصابة 8.57))% وشدة إصابة (1.67) طفيلي/سمكة. تُعدّ هذه المرّة الأولى التي تُعزل فيها هذه الطفيليات الخارجية من سمك المرمور في المياه البحرية السورية.

This study aimed to investigate the Ectoparasites of Lithognathus mormyrus in the Syrian marine waters. A total of (54) individuals of mormyrus were collected from different localities (RasIbenHani, RasAlBaseet and Alnazha port in Lattakia) from 16/3/2016 till 12/8/2017 using longlines. The skin, mouth cavity, nostrils, gill cavity and gills of all individuals were examined.

Four Ectoparasites were isolated from the gills in this study: Lamillodiscus elegans (Diplectanidae), with prevalence of 68.57% and intensity of 39.54 p/f; Hatschekia sp. (Hatchekiidae), with prevalence of 14.28% and intensity of 2.254p/f; Axine belones (Axinidae), with prevalence of 8.57% and intensity of 254 p/f; Gnathia sp. (Gnathidae) with prevalence of 8.57% and intensity of 1.6754 p/f. All these Ectoparasites were isolated for the first time from L. mormyrus in the Syrian marine waters.
