اصطناع مشتقات فلورينية للحلقات غير المتجانسة عبر استخدام شالكون (2-أستيل الفلورين/2-كربالدهيد التيوفن)
Abstract
قمنا بتصنيع بعض المركبات الجديدة وهي 4-(2- فلورينيل)-6-(2-تينيل) بيريميدين تيون-2 (1) و4-
(2 فلورينيل)- 6-(2-تينيل) بيريميدينون-2 (2) و3-(2-فلورينيل)-5-(2-تينيل) أيزوكسازولين (3) و3-
(2-فلورينيل) -5-(2-تينيل) بيرازولين(4)، انطلاقاً من شالكون (2-استيل فلورين/2-كربالدهيد التيوفن) عبر تفاعلات تكاثف وتحلق الشالكون مع كل من التيويوريا واليوريا وهيدروكسيل أمين هيدروكلورايد وهيدرات الهيدرازين وصنع 3-(2-فلورينيل)-5-(2-تينيل) أيزوكسازول (5) أيضاً عبر برومة الشالكون وتحلقه مع هيدروكسيل أمين هيدروكلورايد وقد تم تحديد بنية المركبات والتعرف عليها باستخدام تحليل أطياف IR و1H-NMR و13C-NMR وLC-MS.
We have synthesized some new compounds from 2-Acetyl Fluorene\ Thiophene
2-carbaldehyde chalcone via condensation and cyclization reactions between the chalcone and each of thiourea and urea, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and hydrazine hydrate, these reactions afford these compounds:
3-(2-fluorenyl)-5-(2-thienyl) pyrazoline(4), 3-(2-fluorenyl)-5-(2-thienyl) Isoxazoline(3), 4-(2-fluorenyl)-6-(2-thienyl) pyrimidinone-2 (2) and 4-(2-fluorenyl)-6-(2-thienyl) pyrimidine-2 tione (1). Also 3-(2-fluorenyl)-5-(2-thienyl) isoxazole (5), were prepared via bromination of chalcon and cyclization the later with hydroxylamine hydrochloride.
Identification and determination of compounds structurs were carried out by (IR,
1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, LC-MS) spectrum Analysis.
