دراسة تأثير عزلات فطرية في الخصائص الحيوية للفطر Fusarium oxysporum (Schl.)

Abstract

نفذ هذا البحث مخبرياً للتعرف على تأثير  أربع عزلات فطرية (ثلاث منها للفطر Trichoderma sp. حيث أشير لها بالرموز T1، T2، T3 وواحدة للفطر Aspergillus niger أشير لها بـ As1 ) في نمو الخيوط الفطرية, وسرعة تشكل الأبواغ, و إنتاش الأبواغ للفطر Fusarium oxysporumالمسبب الرئيس لمرض جفاف أﺷجار التفاح.

بينت الدراسة:

  • تفوق عزلات الفطر تريكودرما على عزلة الأسبرجلوس بفروق معنوية في التأثير في نمو ميسليوم عزلة الفيوزاريوم الممرضة عند تطبيق الفيوزاريوم مع وقبل العامل الأحيائي حيث كانت نسبة منع النمو بتاثير العزلة T2 أكبر منها بتأثير العزلات الأخرى, في حين كان التفوق المعنوي للعزلة التجارية T1عند تطبيق الفيوزاريوم بعد العامل الأحيائي ولم يكن هناك فروق معنوية في تأثير العزلات الثلاثة الأخرى.
  • التاثير السلبي للعزلات الأربعة في سرعة تشكل الأبواغ, ولوحظ التناسب العكسي بين كثافة تشكل أبواغ الفطر فيوزاريوم ونمو خيوطه الفطرية بتأثير العزلة المحلية T2.
  • إضافة إلى التأثير السلبي للعزلات الأربعة بدرجات متفاوتة في إنتاش أبواغ عزلة الفطر Fusarium oxysporum, حيث كانت العزلتان T2, As1 متفوقتان معنوياً على العزلتين الباقيتين إذ بلغت نسبة منع إنتاش الأبواغ 72.8 و 47.4 % على التوالي.

The research was carried out in laboratory to study the biological effects of four fungal isolates (three of them that were T1, T2, T3 belonged to Trichoderma spp., and one which was As1 belonged to Aspergillus niger) on croissance, sporulation speed and spores germination of Fusarium oxysporum (Schl.) which is the main causal for pome wilt disease. The results showed that the four examined isolates affected in the negative on the croissance, sporulation speed and spore germination  but in defferent degrees, whereas the indigenous isolate of Trichoderma sp. Which was called T2 showed superior at the inhibitory effect on croissance for Fusarium oxysporum isolate, also T2 and As1 showed superior at the inhibitory effect on germination percentage for Fusarium oxysporum isolate (The percentages were 72.8% and 47.4% respectively).
