أثر الأغلفة في إعاقة إنبات أجنة بعض طرز المحلب البرية Prunus mahaleb L.
Abstract
أجري هذا البحث خلال موسمي2014-2015 بهدف دراسة تأثير الأغلفة في إنبات نوى وبذور وأجنة الطرازين البريين (M1, M2) لأصل المحلب (Prunus mahaleb L.) المنتشرة في محافظة اللاذقية/ منطقة الحفة، وأجريت التجارب في مخابر مركز البحوث العلمية الزراعية باللاذقية وفي كلية الزراعة-جامعة تشرين. أظهرت نتائج إنبات البذور المزروعة على وسط آجار0.7% في الظلام في درجة الحرارة 15°م، عدم إنبات نوى الطراز M1 في حين لم تتجاوز نسبة إنبات الطراز M2 (10%) مع تأخر بدء إنباته إلى 98 يوماً، وفيما يتعلق بالبذور فقد بلغت نسبة إنبات بذور الطراز M1 (66.66%) ولبذور الطراز M2 (53.33%)، وكان لإزالة كل من الإندوكارب والغلاف البذري الرقيق الأثر الإيجابي في تسريع إنبات الأجنة وتنشيط استجابتها للإنبات حيث وصلت نسبة إنبات الأجنة إلى (80%)في الطرازM1 وإلى (60%) في الطراز M2. This research was carried out during two seasons 2014 – 2015 to study effect of seed coats on germination of endocarp, seed and embryos of two wild genotypes (M1, M2) of Mahaleb rootstock (Prunus mahaleb L.) prevailing in Alhaffa area, Lattakia. The experiments were done at Lattakia Scientific Agricultural Research center and Faculty of Agriculture at Tishreen University. The Results of the seeds planted on agar 0.7% in dark at 15 C° showed that no germination of the M1 endocarp VS late and low germination at 10% for the M2 endocarp starting after 98 days. As for seeds, the germination was (66.66%) and (53.33%) for M1 and M2, respectively. Removal of the woody coat (endocarp) and seed coat makes the germination faster. the embryos germination was (80%) and (60%) for M1 and M2, respectively.Downloads
