دراسة أثر معاملة نباتات الخس Lactuca sativa.L بالمخصب الحيوي EM1 في النمو وكمية الإنتاج
Abstract
The effect of different levels (0,5 and 10 ml/L) of EM1 on Lettuce growth and productivity was studied, using complete randomized design with 4 treatments.
Lettuce plants were grown in nursery garden of tishreen university 2017.
The results showed that foliar spray of Lettuce plants with EM1 had a positive effect on studied parameters .
Spraying plants with 10 ml/L of EM1 gave a significant increase in leaf area, plant high, and weight of Lettuce and total yield.
نفذ هذا البحث في مشتل جامعة تشرين للموسم الزراعي 2017 واستخدم في التجربة التصميم العشوائي الكامل، هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر المعاملة بتراكيز مختلفة من المخصب الحيوي EM1 (0،5،10) مل/ل في نمو وإنتاجية نباتات الخس.
أظهرت النتائج أن المعاملة بالمخصب الحيوي لاسيما بالتركيز الأعلى (10) مل/ل كان له أثر ايجابي في جميع مؤشرات النمو والإنتاجية المدروسة ( عدد الأوراق، وزن الرأس ومساحة المسطح الورقي وحجمه وإنتاجية وحدة المساحة ) حيث تفوقت معاملة الرش والسقاية بالمخصب الحيوي EM1 بتركيز 10مل/ل معنويا على باقي المعاملات.
