تأثير أوساط التغذية في إنتاج الميسليوم الأولي للفطر الزراعي Agaricus bisporus (J. Lange) Imbach باستخدام طرق الإكثار الخضري
Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أفضل الأوساط الغذائية وطرق الإكثار الخضري المستخدمة في إكثار وإنتاج الميسليوم الأولي لسلالتين من الفطر الزراعي Agaricus bisporus (J. Lange) Imbach
( Somycel A15 و( M.C 450، من حيث مدة وسرعة نمو الميسليوم.
أظهرت النتائج تفوق الوسط OaDA(مستخلص الشوفان_ ديكستروز_ آجار) معنوياً على الأوساط الغذائية المدروسة كافة ولكلتا السلالتين وطريقتي التكاثر من حيث مدة وسرعة نمو الميسليوم الأولي، بينما كانت سرعة نمو الميسليوم بطيئة على الوسط CaDA (مستخلص الجزر_ ديكستروز_ آجار) مما يشير إلى عدم ملائمته للنمو. كما تبين أن سرعة نمو الميسليوم كان أكبر باستخدام طريقة الإكثار بزراعة أنسجة الجسم الثمري، مقارنة مع طريقة تجزئة الميسليوم المنمى على حبوب القمح.
Determination of the best nutrient media and its effect on growth and production of primary mycelium of two strains (Somycel A15, M.C 450) of mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) using vegetative propagation was studied.
The results showed that OaDA (Oat Extract Dextrose Agar) was the best. CaDa (Carrot Extract Dextrose Agar) showed a slow growth than other. The results indicated as well that tissues culture gave the best growth than diving spawn mycelium.
