حصر الأمراض الفيروسية على صنفي التبغ بصما وبريليب في محافظة اللاذقية
Abstract
هدف البحث إلى حصر الفيروسات المنتشرة على صنفي التبغ بصما وبريليب في محافظة اللاذقية في مناطق زراعتها الرئيسة في قرى منطقة عين التينة, والمزيرعة, وصلنفة, وعرامو, والحفة, والبسيط. جمعت خلال المسوحات الحقلية 1015 عينة (264عينة من صنف بريليب و751 عينة من صنف بصما). كشفت نتائج اختبار بصمة النسيج المناعيTBIA) Tissu Blot Immunobinding Assay ) عن وجود الفيروسات التالية في العينات المختبرة: موزاييك التبغ (TMV), وموزاييك الخيار (CMV), وموزاييك الفصة (AMV), والبطاطا واي (PVY), والبطاطا إكس X)) وبنسب مختلفة على كلا الصنفين, حيث لوحظ أن أعلى نسبة انتشار للفيروسات 23.64)%) على كلا الصنفين كانت لفيروسCMV والذي سجَل أعلى نسبة انتشار على صنف التبغ بريليب أيضا (52.27%), بينما أعلى نسبة انتشار على صنف بصما(19.04%) كانت لفيروسTMV تلاه فيروس CMV بنسبة 13.58%.
The research aimed to survey virus diseases of tobacco varieties Basma, Prilep in major cultivating areas in Lattakia province: Een Tena, Almozaraa, Slenfa, Aramoa, Alhafae, Raes Albasit, Thousand and fifteen samples have been collected from fields of both tobacco varieties 264 Prilep and 751 Basma. Results of Tissue Blot Immunbinding Assay (TBIA) showed the following viruses: Cucumber mosaic cucumovirus (CMV), Tobacco mosaic Tobamovirus ( TMV), Potato Y Potyvirus (PVY), Potato X Potexvirus
(PVX), Alfalfa mosaic Alfamovirus (AMV), in samples of both varieties with various ratios. CMV has dominated tested samples of both varieties (23.64%) and also Prilep variety (52.27%). The dominant viruses on Basma variety were TMV (19.04%) followed by CMV (13.58%).
