تأثير فيروس موزاييك الخيار في بعض المركبات الكيميائية لأوراق التبغ الجافة في صنفي التبغ بصما وبريليب في محافظة اللاذقية
Abstract
أدى الإعداء الميكانيكي بفيروس موزاييك الخيار إلى تراجع في الصفات النوعية لأوراق التبغ الجافة صنفي بصما وبريليب مقارنة بالشاهد. وبينت النتائج اختلاف في نسب المركبات الكيميائية ضمن المعاملة الواحدة باختلاف موقع الورقة على ساق النبات (أوراق قاعدة، أوراق قمة). حيث أدت الإصابة بالفيروس إلى ازدياد نسبة النشا وبلغت في أوراق القمة والقاعدة في صنف بصما (6.37 و6%) والشاهد (5.38 و5.73%)، وفي صنف بريليب (7.70 و7.36%) والشاهد (5.42 و6.93%) على التوالي، وارتفعت نسبة البروتين في صنف بصما إلى
(16.5 و18.7%) والشاهد (12.9 و11%)، وفي صنف بريليب (10.8 و13.6%) والشاهد (8 و7%) على التوالي، وارتفعت نسبة الرماد، وكذلك سببت الإصابة الفيروسية ارتفاع بالنسبة S/N وارتفاع طفيف في المركبات الآزوتية غير العضوية NPN في أوراق القاعدة والقمة مقارنة بالشاهد في كلا الصنفين، بينما أدت الإصابة الفيروسية إلى انخفاض نسبة السكريات الكلية الذائبة وبلغت في صنف بصما (7.70 و9.10%) والشاهد
(9.57 و9.87%)، وفي صنف بريليب (10 و9.36%) والشاهد (11.58 و10.13%) على التوالي، وانخفضت نسبة النيكوتين في كلا الصنفين مقارنة مع الشاهد.
Mechanical inoculation with Cucumber mosaic cucumovirus (CMV) showed significant deterioration of the quality of cured leaves of both infected varieties in comparison with healthy controls. Leaves position (Upper leaves & Bottom leaves) on the main stem has led to variation among some chemical compositions of cured leaves in the same treatment: infection with CMV has increased; the percentage of starch in Basma (6.37, 6.02%) and control (5.38, 5.73%), and Prilep (7.36, 7.70%) and control (6.93, 5.42%), increased the percentage of protein in Basma (16.5, 18.7%) and control (12.9, 11%), Prilep (10.8, 13.6%), control (6.7, 8%) , and ash; S/N ratio and NPN, and has decreased the percentage of total soluble sugars in Basma (7.70, 9.10%), control (9.56, 9.87%), and Prilep (10.02, 9.36%), control (11.58, 10.13%) and decreased the percentage nicotine, in upper and bottom leaves in comparison with healthy controls.
