دراسة مدى تحمل أصبعيات المشط الأزرق (Tilapia aurea) للتربية في درجات ملوحة مختلفة
Abstract
لقد تم تربية إصبعيات المشط الأزرق في درجات ملوحة مختلفة (0.5، 5، 10، 15، 20، 26، 32، 38 ‰) ضمن أحواض زجاجية سعتها 100ليتر. غذيت الإصبعيات على علف اصطناعي يحوي 35% بروتين وطاقة بمعدل 500 كح/100 غ عليقة بمعدل مرتين يومياً حتى الشبع لمدة شهر واحد.
أوضحت النتائج أن الإصبعيات المرباة في المياه العذبة أعطت أفضل معدلات نمو وأحسن كفاءة تحويل الغذاء. حدثت اختلافات جوهريه في النمو و كفاءة تحويل الغذاء بالانتقال إلى ملوحة 5 و‰10 (P<0.05) مع ملاحظة أنّ النتائج التي حصلنا عليها عند هاتين الدرجتين كان من الممكن مقارنتها و مقاربتها مع اصبعيّات المياه العذبة المستعملة كشاهد. هذّه الاختلافات كانت مؤكدة و جوهريّة (P<0.05) عند الاصبعيّات المرباة في درجات الملوحة الأعلى .(‰20 ,15) أما معدلات النمو وكفاءة تحويل الغذاء الأقل فقد حصلنا عليها من الاصبعيّات المرباة في الملوحة . (‰32 ,26) وقد نفقت جميع الاصبعيات عند الدرجة 38‰ و ذلك خلال يومين إلى ثلاثة من الأقلمة.
Tilapia aurea fingerlings were reared at different water salinities (0.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, 26, 32 and 38‰) in 100 liters glass aquaria. The fish were on an artificial diet that included protein (35%) and 500 kcal/100g feed; it was provided twice a day to satiation for 30 days. The results revealed that the best growth rates and the best feed conversion were obtained from fish reared in 0.5‰. Significant differences (P<0.05) were noticed by moving to fish reared at 5 and 10‰, but still accepted compared to those reared in the control fresh water. These differences were significant (P<0.05) by moving to fish reared at 15, 20‰. The lowest growth rates and the least feed conversion were noticed in fish reared at 26 and
32 ‰. All fingerlings at 38‰ died within two to three days after their acclimation.
