أول تسجيل لديدان المثقوبات الطفيلية Trematoda parasitic في أمعاء أسماك الفصيلة البورية البحرية Mugilidae في شواطئ اللاذقية
Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد بعض أنواع الديدان الطفيلية لصف المثقوبات, وذلك في أمعاء 408 أسماك بوري (الفصيلة البورية Mugilidae ) بأعمار 3-18 شهراً. شملت الدراسة أربعة أنواع من أسماك الفصيلة البورية هي: labrosus, Liza aurata, Liza ramada, Mugil cephalus Chelon. جمعت الأسماك من ثلاثة مواقع من شاطئ مدينة اللاذقية و هي: منطقة المعهد العالي للبحوث البحرية, ومنطقة مرفأ اللاذقية ( ميناء الصيد و النزهة) ومنطقة مصب النهر الكبير الشمالي على مدار عام كامل، وذلك من بداية شهر نيسان 2008 وحتى نهاية شهر آذار 2009 بمعدل جولة بحرية واحدة شهرياً لكل منطقة. وقد تم عزل و تحديد أربعة أنواع من ديدان المثقوبات الطفيلية التي تنتمي إلى فصيلة Haploporidae و هي:Dicrogaster contractus, Haploporus benedeni, Saccocoelium obesum, Saccocoelium tensum . حيث وجدت الأنواع الأربعة في منطقة البحوث البحرية, و نوعان منها فقط في منطقة المرفأ و ثلاثة أنواع منها في منطقة مصب النهر الكبير الشمالي.
The present study aims to determine some species of parasitic Trematoda –class in intestinal of 408 Mugilidae marine fishes aged 3-18 Months. The study included four species of Mugilidae fishes: chelon labrosus, liza aurata, liza ramada and Mugil cephalus. It was decided to collect fish samples from three locations; namely the Institute of Marine Research, Lattakia harbor (fishing area) and Large-north-river estuary. Fish trips were organized once a month for each area during the period of April 2008 to March 2009. The present study revealed the occurrence of four Trematoda species belonging to Haploporidae family: Dicrogaster contractus, Haploporus benedeni, Saccocoelium obesum and Saccocoelium tensum. Institute of marine research- region represented by 4 species parasites, Lattakia harbor- station ( 2 species) and Large-north-river estuary-station (3 species).
