الكشف عن الـ Domic acid في البلح البحري Brachidontes pharaonis في شاطئ مدينتي اللاذقية وبانياس
Abstract
يأتي هذا البحث في إطار متابعة رصد السموم الحيوية (البيوتوكسينات Biotoxins) في البيئة البحرية السورية وتحديد تراكيزها خصوصاً في مناطق مصبات الصرف الصحي ومصبات الأنهار باستخدام البلح البحري Brachidontes pharaonis (krauss. 1962) ( من الرخويات ثنائيات المصراع) كمؤشر حيوي.
جمعت عينات البلح البحري من خمس مواقع منتشرة على الشاطئ السوري في بانياس و اللاذقية، والتي تختلف عن بعضها بمصادر التلوث التي تخضع لها، خلال الفترة 8/4/2015 ولغاية 2/11/2015. عولجت العينات وفق الطرائق المرجعية المعتمدة من قبل برنامج الأمم المتحدة البيئي لعام 2003UNEP/MAP وتم الكشف عن البيوتوكسينات في العينات باستخدام تقانة الكروماتوغرافيا السائلةHPLC .
أظهرت نتائج التحليل اختلاف تراكيز الـ Domic acid (DA) في عينات Brachidontes pharaonis باختلاف مواقع وأزمنة الاعتيان، وتراوحت قيمها ما بين دون عتبة الكشف nd و 9.2 µg/g))، حيث سُجّل أعلى تركيز للـ DA في عينات البحوث البحرية خلال فصل الربيع حيث تكون غزارة نوع العوالق النباتية Pseudonitschia spp (المصدر الرئيسي لإنتاج هذا السمّ) في هذا الفصل كبيرة.
This study concern with monitoring of biotoxins in the Syrian marine environment, and determination of its concentrations, especially in the estuaries and sewage terminals using the mussels Brachidontes pharaonis (mollusks-Bivalve) as biological indicaros.
the samples of mussels were collected from 5 sites at the Syrian coast in Banias and Lattakia during the period 8/4/2015 - 2/11/2015 . The sites has differed in pollution sources, samples were analyzed depending on reference method (UNEP / MAP, 2003) using liquid chromatography HPLC technique.
The results shows differences in concentration of DA in relation to the site and date of sampling, and ranged between (ND –9.2 µg/g), Higher concentration were recorded at High Institute of Marine Research site during the Spring, where the species of phytoplankton Pseudo nitschia, which is the main producer of thistoxin is abundant.
