تقييم سلوك المستهلك الشرائي في الأزمات "دراسة مسحية على المستهلكين في مدينة اللاذقية"
Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم سلوك المستهلك الذي يشتري بغرض الانتفاع الشخصي له ولأفراد أسرته في الأزمات الاقتصادية, وذلك للتعرف على خياراته وقراراته الشرائية المتعلقة بالسلع الاستهلاكية سواء السلع الميسرة أو سلع التسوق المعروفة بالسلع المعمرة,وهذا كله بهدف التعرف على الأنماط الجديدة لتصرفات المستهلك السوري في الأزمة الاقتصادية التي يمر بها السوق المحلي منذ حوالي الخمس سنوات. وتم ذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي من خلال تصميم استبانة وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية من المستهلكين في اللاذقية, و تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيspss,وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أن الأزمة الاقتصادية التي تمر بها السوق المحلية قد عملت على تغيير سلوك المستهلك السوري,كما أظهرت الدراسة إن هذه الأزمة قد ولدت أنماطا جديدة للسلوك الشرائي, سواء بتأخير وتأجيل المشتريات من السلع المعمرة,أو بظهور السلوك الرشيد المتمثل في ترشيد الإنفاق الاستهلاكي,والإقبال على شراء منتجات مستعملة ومنتجات ذات جودة منخفضة, وذلك نتيجة لانخفاض القدرة الشرائية لدى المستهلك السوري. This study aims to evaluate the consumer purchasing behavior who buys in order to benefit from personal to him and members of his family in the economic crisis behavior and to identify the choices and decisions of purchasing related to consumer goods, , and all this in order to identify new patterns Syrian consumer in crisis for actions economic experienced by the local market about five years ago. This was done using a descriptive approach by designing and distributing a questionnaire to a random sample of consumers in the Syrian coast, and the data were analyzed using spss statistical program, the researcher found that the economic crisis in the local market have worked to change the Syrian consumer behavior. The study also showed that this crisis has generated new patterns of behavior purchasing whether to delay and postpone purchases of durable goods, or the emergence of rational behavior of the rationalization of consumer spending and demand for buying used products and products with low quality as a result of reduced purchasing power among Syrian consumers.Downloads
