Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه المشروعات الصناعية الصغيرة في تحقيق التنمية المتوازنة في قطرنا، من خلال قدرتها الكبيرة على إيجاد فرص عمل لعدد كبير من الأيدي العاملة وكذلك خلق دخول لهم ولأصحاب هذه المشاريع، الأمر الذي يسهم في رفع المستوى المعاشي لفئات كثيرة من أفراد المجتمع. ولهذا فقد تم تبيان أهمية المشروعات الصغيرة ودورها التاريخي في بناء وتطوير الصروح الاقتصادية العملاقة، وتوضيح خصائصها وأنواعها وكذلك الآثار الإيجابية لتنميتها وتشخيص المشاكل والعقبات التي تواجهها إضافة إلى تقديم مجموعة متكاملة من المقترحات والتوصيات التي من شأنها المساهمة في تذليل هذه المشاكل وإيجاد الحلول العلمية لها.

This research aims at highlighting the important role that small industrial projects can play in achieving a balanced development in our country through being able to offer job opportunities for a considerable number of the working force as well as generating incomes for them and for the proprietors. All this contributes to improving the standards of life for many classes of society. Therefore, the importance of small projects and their historical role in founding and developing giant industrial facilities have been illustrated, and their properties and types as well as the positive influence of their development and problem diagnosis have also been explained. Moreover, a complete set of suggestions and recommendations have been proposed to contribute to overcoming these problems and finding scientific solutions for them.
