التجارة الالكترونية ودورها في تطوير قطاع التجارة الخارجية
Abstract
إنّ التطورات الأخيرة التي شهدتها شبكة الاتصالات ممثلةً بشبكة الانترنت, وما رافقها من تطورات كبيرة, تتجلى في التطبيقات التي نتجت عنها كالتجارة الالكترونية التي تميزت بطبيعتها الدولية المنبثقة عن الطبيعة الدولية للانترنيت, أدت إلى حضور التجارة الالكترونية في الأدبيات الاقتصادية الخاصة بالتجارة الخارجية, وذلك لتأثيرها الملحوظ في آليات التجارة الخارجية للبلدان من خلال الأدوات الحديثة التي تنطوي عليها التجارة الالكترونية, والتي تعمل بمجملها على تسهيل الكثير من أعمال التجارة الخارجية كالانتشار, والتسويق, والتعاقد ..الخ وخصوصا فيما يتعلق بالسلع الخدمية, بناءً على ما سبق, فإنّ للتجارة الإلكترونية من خلال شبكة الانترنت دورها الفاعل والإيجابي في تطوير اقتصادات الدول من خلال تطوير قطاع التجارة الخارجية, لما له من أهمية كبرى في زيادة معدلات النمو الاقتصادي.
Recent developments in communication networks represented by the internet and related applications, such as international electronic commerce, have made electronic commerce part of economic literature and of foreign trade. It has a prominent effect on the mechanisms of foreign trade for any country, because of its use of modern tools and mechanisms that facilitate foreign trade in terms of expansion, marketing and contracting.
We conclude that e-commerce has its positive role in developing the economies of countries through enhancing the foreign trade sector because of its importance in increasing the rates of economic growth.
