Abstract

الاتصال هو الوسيلة الوحيدة لنقل الرسالة ، التي قد تكون معلومات أو تعليمات أو أخباراً أو قرارات أو  تبادل المعلومات بين مختلف أقسام ومديريات المنظمة ، وإن كفاءة الاتصالات الإدارية تؤثر بشكل كبير في نقل الرسالة بالشكل المطلوب ، إضافةً إلى أن الاتصال الفعال يقلل زمن نقل الرسالة وزمن الرد عليها ، و يخفض زمن إنجاز العمل ،وبالتالي يؤدي إلى زيادة كفاءة العمل .

وأهم الجوانب التي تناولناها في البحث :

مفهوم وأهمية الاتصالات الإدارية ، وأنواعها ، وعناصر عملية الاتصال ، وطرقه وأساليبه ، إضافةً إلى دراسة واقع الاتصال الإداري في مرفأ اللاذقية .

وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج وأهمها :

-        تؤثر كفاءة الاتصالات الإدارية في زمن تنفيذ العمل .

-        توجد علاقة بين كفاءة الاتصالات الإدارية والروتين الإداري .

-        تؤثر كفاءة الاتصالات الإدارية في سرعة اتخاذ القرار .

Communication is the only method in transferring the message, which can be information, instructions, news, decisions, or information exchange between different departments and directories of the organization. Effective communication reduces the time of transferring the message, the time of response, and the time of achieving the task, leading to increase in work efficiency. The research discusses the concept and importance of administrative communication, its forms, elements, methods and ways, in addition to its status in Lattakia Port. The most important conclusions that have been reached are that the efficient administrative communication affects the work time and the speed of decision making. Also, it is related to the administrative routine.
