Abstract

تم في هذا البحث دراسة دور وأهمية التدريب في رفع كفاءة الموارد البشرية وفي تحسين جودة خدمات النقل, وتضمن البحث دراسة مفهوم وأهمية التدريب ومبادئه ومراحل عملية التدريب, وأثر العملية التدريبية في تحسين جودة خدمات النقل , وكذلك أثر جودة التدريب في تحسين جودة خدمات النقل , وأثر الجودة الشاملة في التدريب في تحسين جودة خدمات النقل بالسكك الحديدية.

وتمت الدراسة التطبيقية في المؤسسة العامة للخطوط الحديدية السورية وتم توزيع استمارة استبيان على عينة من العاملين من أجل دراسة ومعالجة الفرضيات واختبارها إحصائياً.

وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج وأهمها : وجود فروقات كبيرة بين مستوى الأداء والكفاءة قبل التدريب وبعده, وإن تحسين جودة التدريب يؤدي إلى تحسين جودة خدمات النقل , وإن تبني مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة يساعد في تحسين التدريب وتحسين جودة خدمات النقل .

This research discusses the role and importance of training in boosting the efficiency of human resources and improving the quality of transportation services. The study includes an overview of the concept, principles and stages of training, and the role and quality training in improving the quality of the services in the railway transportation. A field study was conducted in the Syrian Railway Corporation and a questionnaire was administered to a sample of employees for studying and processing the hypotheses and statistically testing them. Certain results were reached: the existence of great difference between performance and efficiency before and after the training, improvements in training quality leads to improvements in transportation service quality, and the adoption of the total quality management helps in improving training and transportation quality.
