Abstract

تعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات اليوم من أهم عوامل نجاح أو فشل أي مؤسسة لما تحتله من مكانة واسعة وهامة على كافة الأصعدة والمجالات وذلك لما توفره من معلومات مهمة للمؤسسة باعتبار أن المعلومة أصبحت اليوم مورداً أساسياً من موارد المؤسسة.

اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على عينة مكونة من ثمانية مصارف من المصارف العاملة في سورية، إلا أنه لم تستجبْ سوى ثلاثة مصارف من هذه العينة.

حاولنا في هذا البحث عرض أهمية استثمار تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسة من خلال:

-      إظهار مبررات استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات

-      إظهار كيفية تأثير هذه التكنولوجيا على أداء عمل المصرف؟

-      تحليل البيانات الواردة من عينة البحث باستخدام أداة التحليل ( Data Analysis ) في برنامج  ( Excel ).

وختم البحث بالنتائج والتوصيات.

Information Technology is one of the most important factors success or failure of any institution because it occupies an important position at all levels and sectors as they provide important information for the institution and the information is today one of the most important resources for any institution.

This study depended on to a sample of eight banks in Syria but only three of these banks responded to the requirement of this study.

In this research We tried to show the important of investment in information technology in the institution through:

-       to demonstrate the reasons for the use of information technology.

-       to demonstrate how this technology can affect the functioning of a bank?

-       analyzing the data of the research sample using analyses tool ( Data analysis ) in Microsoft Excel.
