معايير اختيار القيادات الإدارية دراسة ميدانية مقارنة على شركات القطاع العام والخاص الصناعي في سورية
Abstract
تواجه معظم المنظمات اليوم, على اختلاف أحجامها وأنواعها وأنشطتها, مشاكل متنوعة, وتحديات هائلة, إدارية ومالية وبشرية وتنظيمية وتسويقية وتنافسية وغيرها, تجعلها على مفترق طرق مجهولة, مليئة بالمخاطر الداهمة, مما يؤدي إلى صعوبات جمة في تحقيق النجاح الحقيقي بسبب عدم توفر قيادات إدارية مؤهلة تديرها. ويتوقف إيجاد مثل هذه القيادات وفعاليتها على موضوعية أسس اختيارها من جهة, وعلى مدى توفر سياسة اختيار موضوعية قادرة على إعدادها وتحفيزها من جهة أخرى.
ولأهمية هذا الموضوع فقد تم إعداد هذه الدراسة, وركزت على تحقيق الشمولية والتوحيد للمعايير والأسس التي يجب التقيد بها عند اختيار القيادات الإدارية, نظراً لأهميتها في تحقيق النجاح والاستمرار لمؤسساتنا وشركاتنا العامة والخاصة, وقد شمل البحث دراسة ميدانية, طبقت على بعض الشركات الصناعية في القطاعين العام والخاص, تم التوصل من خلالها إلى النتائج والتوصيات المبينة.
Various organizations, companies and establishments, of various sizes, kinds, or activities, face different problems, and great challenges: administrative, financial, human, organizational, marketing, competition...etc. That makes them face unknown future, which will lead to difficulties in achieving the real success, because there are not the qualified and powerful administrative leadership managing it. Finding this administrative leadership depends on the objective basis to choice and on the availability of objective choosing policy that is able to prepare them. For these reasons this study was prepared to achieve the wholeness and unification of the basics and standards that should be used when choosing the administrative leadership. The research included a field study, implemented on some industrial companies in Syria, which gave some results and recommendations.
