تأثير استخدام الأكاسيد المعدنية (Al2O3, MgO ,TiO2) على إعاقة ومقاومة اللهب للبولي استر غير المشبع
Abstract
في هذا البحث تم إجراء دراسة تجريبية لعينات من البولي استر غير المشبع مضاف إليها نسب محددة ضئيلة 2,4,5,7)%) من أكاسيد المغنزيوم والألمنيوم و التيتانيوم على شكل بودرة بهدف تحديد مدى مقاومتها وإعاقتها للهب, وذلك من خلال قياس الزمن المستغرق لثقب العينات، وقياس الفقد في الوزن والتغير في القطر للعينات بعد الحرق ودراسة تأثير اللهب على سطح العينات. و لإجراء الاختبارات تم استخدام شعلة لهب الأكسي استلين وصمم لهذه الغاية جهاز تم تصنيعه في مخابر الكلية. بّينت النتائج أن مادة أكسيد المغنزيوم هي الأفضل بين الأكاسيد المستخدمة من حيث مقاومتها للهب وإعاقتها له حيث بلغت نسبة الفقد في وزن العينات حوالي 16% عند أعلى نسبة إضافة مستخدمة في البحث وهي 7% مقارنة مع العينات التي لا تحوي مواد إضافة والتي بلغت نسبة الفقد فيها حوالي 27% كما أن زمن ثقب مثل هذه العينات بلغ حوالي sec112 مقارنة مع العينات بدون نسبة إضافة والتي بلغ فيها زمن الثقب حوالي sec 45. In this paper an experimental investigation of unsaturated polyester(UPR) with different weight fractions(2,4,5,7 )wt% of (Al2O3,MgO,TiO2) as powders ,has been done. the identification of their flammability and fire resistance ranges are found out . the time needed to puncture the samples, the mass loss, the diameter variation ,and the flame effect on the samples surface are measured. the samples were tested by Oxyacetylene flame using a device which is designed in the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering labs. The results showed that (MgO) is the best one for its flammability and fire resistance. The longest time before puncture , and the lowest mass loss were achieved by( UPR+ 7% MgO) with(16% mass loss in 112 sec ), while pure UPR has ( 27% mass loss in 45 sec).Downloads
