نمذجة ديناميكية لتوزع الإجهادات في نقاط التماس بين سطوح الأجسام القابلة للتشوه بالاعتماد على نظرية هرتز وتحويلات فورييه.
Abstract
The main objective of this article is to simulate the contact stresses distribution between the deformed bodies using Hertz theory to distribution of normal pressure and inverse fast Fourier transform, with consideration of the friction ,sinusoidal roughness effects and the change of contact point position with the time. In order to determine the distribution of stresses and the maximal value of equivalent Von Misses stress et its position under the surface. The obtained results show the large effects of friction and roughness on distribution of stresses and on maximal values of Von Misses stress and its position.
يهدف البحث المقدم هنا, إلى نمذجة توزع الإجهادات في جميع نقاط التماس بين الأجسام القابلة للتشوه, وذلك بتطبيق نظرية هرتز لتوزع الضغط الناظمي بين السطوح المتماسة وتحويلات فورييه, مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار تأثير كل من الاحتكاك وتوزع الخشونة الجيبية بين السطوح من جهة, وتغير موضع إحداثيات نقطة التماس مع الزمن من جهة أخرى. إن منطقة التماس تم تقسيمها إلى عدد كبير من العناصر المادية الصغيرة, وذلك بهدف تحديد توزع الإجهادات وحساب القيمة الأعظمية لإجهاد فون ميسس المكافئ ومكان توضعها ضمن طبقات المادة. تشير النتائج الحاصلة إلى تأثير كبير لكل من الاحتكاك والخشونة على توزع الإجهادات وقيمها من جهة ومكان توضع القيم الأعظمية لهذه الإجهادات من جهة أخرى.
