دراسة أستاتيكية وديناميكية للتنبؤ بالتعب على أسنان المسننات المستقيمة.
Abstract
الهدف الرئيسي من هذا المقال هو دراسة تأثير السلوك الستاتيكي والديناميكي لنقل الحركة بالمسننات المستقيمة على حدوث التعب بهدف التنبؤ به من جهة, وتحديد النقاط الأخطر على بروفيل السن, من جهة أخرى. وذلك باستخدام نموذج ديناميكي لنقل الحركة بالمسننات المستقيمة أحادي درجة الحرية في الفتل ومقياس كروسلاند للتعب. أن معادلة الحركة تكون محللة خطوة بخطوة مع الزمن وذلك لتحديد قيم الحمل الديناميكي الآني في كل نقطة تماس على أسنان المسننات. بهذه الطريقة فأن مركبات الاجهادات المماسية والناظمية لكل نقطة تماس ضمن طبقات مادة المسننات تكون محسوبة بالاعتماد على نظرية هرتز. The main objective of this article is to study the influence of static and dynamic behavior on the occurrence of contact fatigue on spur gear tooth. For this end, a dynamic model of geared transmission in one degree of freedom, with Crossland criterion, are used. The motion equation is analyzed step par step in the time in order to determine the dynamic load in all contact points on teeth profile. In this way, the time-varying dynamic loads on tooth flanks are determined and the subsurface stress components can be derived from the classic Hertzian theory.Downloads
