تصميم مرشح ميكروي عالي الانتقائية باستخدام التوزع التجزيئي لشرائح المواد سالبة معامل الانكسار ضمن دليل الموجة
Abstract
ركزت الأبحاث في السنوات القليلة الماضية على مواد صنعية مؤلفة من بنى تكرارية تعطي خصائص مغناطيسية غير موجودة في الطبيعة فعند تفاعلها مع الأمواج الكهرومغناطيسية تعطي معاملي سماحية كهربائية ونفوذية مغناطيسية سالبين. سميت بالمواد سالبة السماحية الكهربائية والنفاذية المغناطيسية (Meta-materials MMs) أو مواد ذات قاعدة اليد اليسرى ودرست هذه المواد في مجال الاتصالات المكروية والضوئية حيث استخدمت في عدة تطبيقات أهمها المرشحات والهوائيات والألياف الضوئية وقد تم دراسة التوضع التجزيئي لهذه المواد ضمن الفراغ الحر وتم تحليل كلا من معاملي الارسال والانعكاس الناتجين عن سلوكها الجديد والوصول إلى تصميم مرشح ميكروي. يقترح هذا البحث تحليل خواص كلا من معاملي الإرسال والإنعكاس الناتجين عن التوضع التجزيئي للـشرائح MMs ضمن دليل الموجة ودراسة تأثير تغيير بارامترات الشكل التجزيئي على خصائص الإرسال لدليل الموجة ثم تطبيقه في مجال تصميم مرشح عالي الانتقائية. In last decade, many of researches have proposed to study materials with periodic structures,These structures can be engineered to realize novel electromagnetic properties and to achieve behaviors that are not found in naturally materials. These materials have negative permittivity and permeability .Those are called meta-material or Left Hand Material (LHM), They are fabricated, studied and analyzed within different applications of microwave and optical communication. Recently, the microwave engineering applications of artificial metamaterials have been widely discussed and various novel microwave components were achevid for example, filters, antennas and fiber optic. This paper studys and analyzes the reflection from fractal distribution of MMs layers in RHM medium, using the recursive method, and applies it in the design of microwave narrow band filters.Downloads
