Abstract

يعرض هذا البحث مشكلة اتخاذ القرار الهندسي من حيث نوعية البيانات المتوفرة, ومن حيث البنية الأساسية لعملية التحليل والمعالجة, ويعتمد البحث على نظرية جبر المجموعات اللامحددة (Fuzzy Set Theory) في بناء نموذج رياضي ملائم, حيث إن لاموثوقية البيانات تشكل واحدة من أهم المشاكل التي نواجهها في التحضير للقرار الهندسي  . الطريقة المبتكرة تعتمد على فكرة تصنيف المعايير تبعاً لمرحلة تأثيرها ومقدار المخاطرة المرافق لعملية اعتماد هذه المعايير في الاختيار, تم تطبيق ذلك على مجموعة من الحالات في مشاريع البنى التحتية, مثل شبكات المياه في المدن, ومنشأت تمديد الكبلات في المنشآت الصناعية.

This paper presents the problem of the decision-making in Civil Engineering according to the quality of the available data and the basic structure of the analysis  process .Fuzzy Set Theory is the most used tool to handle problems of uncertainty in the data especially in the decision-making . The new approach is based on the classification of the criteria's according to the phases and risks .Applications in infrastructure projects like water supply city networks and constructions for feeding cables in industry plant are presented.
