دعم القرار في مجال الصيانة بمنهجية متكاملة بين إدارة المعرفة والواقع الافتراضي في بيئة نمذجة معلومات البناء BIM
Abstract
كثير من المنشآت تتعرض لهدر غير مبرر أثناء تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة وذلك بسبب عدم الاستفادة من التجارب السابقة لاستنباط المعارف الضمنية والعلنية المكتسبة من قبل فريق العمل التي تساعد على تجنب الوقوع في اخطاء تم الوقوع بها سابقاً، وحتى عند وجود إطار للحصول على هذه المعارف فإن توصيل هذه المعرفة إلى الاشخاص المناسبين على اختلاف مستوى تحصيلهم العلمي في الوقت المناسب يعتبر تحدي في مجال صناعة التشييد. في هذا البحث نسعى لتطوير إطار تقني وبرمجي يساعد في الحصول على المعرفة أثناء تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة وتخزين هذه المعرفة في قاعدة بيانات في بيئة BIM ونقل هذه المعارف باستخدام تطبيق Dynamo ثم استخدام الواقع الافتراضي من أجل إنشاء نموذج محمل بكافة هذه البيانات باستخدام الواقع الافتراضي الغامر من أجل تجاوز مشاكل وأخطاء التواصل التي تحدث بين أفراد فريق العمل وبالتالي إحداث توفير في التكلفة والوقت أثناء تنفيذ الصيانة.
Many facilities are subjected to unjustified waste during the implementation of the maintenance work because of the lack of benefit from previous experiences to develop the implicit and explicit knowledge acquired by the work team that helps to avoid mistakes we have already made in the past. Even when there is a framework for acquiring this knowledge, connecting this knowledge to the right people at different levels of their education in a right time is a challenge in the construction industry.
In this research we seek to develop a technical and software framework that helps to obtain knowledge while performing maintenance and store this knowledge in a database in the BIM environment and transfer this knowledge using the Dynamo application, and then use the virtual reality to create a model loaded with all these data in order to overcome communication problems and errors that occur between staff members and thus save in the cost and time during the implementation of maintenance.
