ضبط أكاسيد النيتروجين وثاني أوكسيد الكربون لحجرة احتراق ثنائية المراحل باستخدام منظومة تحكم تعتمد المنطق الضبابي
Abstract
يصف هذا المقال مفهوماً جديداً للتحكم بحجرة احترق ثنائية المراحل ذات لهب انتشاري واستقرار دوامي, حيث إن المتحولين المراد التحكم بهما هما أكاسيد النيتروجين وثاني أوكسيد الكربون CO2. إذ نعبر عن كلا هذين المتحولين بواسطة متحولات دخل لغوية (وهمية) إلى القوانين الخاصة بالمنطق الضبابي (العائم). وتضمن هذه القوانين استجابة ديناميكية سريعة وفعالة للحارق. ويتم وضع هذه القوانين بالاعتماد على الخبرة التي يكتسبها الإنسان من خلال تعامله مع الحارق. كما ويمكن تغيير هذه القوانين وفقاً للقيم المثلى لكل من NOx وCO2, وقد تم تضمين الإجراء التصميمي للمنظم في هذا المقال بالإضافة إلى نتائج المحاكاة التي تعطي أفضل استجابة لكل من المتحولين المضبوطين.
This article describes a new control concept for a swirl-stablized, diffusion flame, staged combustion chamber. The two controlled variables are the CO2 and NOx emissions. The NOx and CO2 are both used and expressed as linguistic input variables to fuzzy rules. Assignment decision rules ensure a fast dynamic response of the process. These rules come from the human expert and can be changed according to the NOx and CO2 reference profile. The design procedure of the controller is implemented in this paper. The simulation results showed the best response of the controller.
