دور لغة التعبير المعماري في خلق التواصل بين العمارة السكنية و ساكنيها
Abstract
يظهر البحث الاهتمام الكبير للدراسات العمرانية السكنية المعاصرة بمعالجة لغة التواصل بين العمارة السكنية وجمهورها من خلال اتجاهات فكرية عمرانية . يعمل البحث على تحديد هذه الاتجاهات والحلول العمرانية من خلال استقراء أداء نماذج البناء السكني المختلفة في هذا المجال , ثم يقوم باستخلاص الأفكار التصميمية التي اعتمدت في تلك الحلول لاعتمادها كمعايير يمكن استخدامها لرفع أداء لغة التعبير المعمارية للحلول السكنية نحو مزيدٍ من التواصل بينها وبين جمهورها. يستخدم البحث المعايير التصميمية التي تم استخلاصها وتحديدها لتقييم أشكال التعبير المعماري الأكثر انتشاراً في أنماط البناء السكني في مدينة اللاذقية, كما يتم تقييم هذه الأنماط في مجال قدرتها على التواصل مع جمهورها إذ يشير البحث إلى وجود مؤشرات إيجابية في بعض التطبيقات العمرانية السكنية في هذا المجال.
This research shows the contemporary urban studies' great interest in dealing with the communication language between residential architecture and residents, through varied theoretical architectural trends. It also attempts to identify those trends and architectural solutions, by examining the performance of varied residential building models in this respect. It, then, works out the designing visions adopted in those solutions, in order to be used as criteria in improving the performance of the architectural expression language in housing solutions towards further communication with the population. Moreover, it utilizes the identified and worked out designing criteria to evaluate the most common architectural expression styles in residential building-types in Lattakia. The afore-stated types are also evaluated in terms of their capability to communicate with the population, with specific reference to positive indications in urban residential applications in this regard.
