دراسة الخواص الفيزيائية للأخشاب
Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الحصول على طيف واسع من المنحنيات لبعض الخواص الفيزيائية؛مثل الكثافة, وامتصاصية الماء, وتحديد الانكماش والانتفاخ الحجميين, ونسبة الفراغات الخلوية والجدران الخلوية لبعض الأخشاب الطبيعية ولخشب MDFالصناعي المستورد . بينت نتائج الاختبار أن جميع الأنواع المدروسة تصل إلى كثافة ثابتة بعد مرور 24 ساعة على عملية التجفيف ، وأن الكثافة تتزايد بشكل مستمر باستمرار زمن الغمر بالماء, حتى بعد مرور10 أيام على زمن الغمر ، كما دلت النتائج أن كثافة الخشب الصناعي مساوية تقريباً لكثافة خشب السنديان المدروس . تظهر المنحنيات الواصفة لتغير المحتوى النسبي للماء بدلالة زمن الغمر بالماء, أن جميع أنواع الخشب المدروسة لاتصل إلى حالة الاستقرار بالكتلة ، في حين يلاحظ حدوث استقرار بالحجم بعد مرور 24 ساعة على عملية الغمر بالماء .
This study aims to acquire a wide range of curves for some physical properties like density, water absorption besides definition of volumetric extraction and expansion, the ratio of cellular gaps and walls in some natural timber types and industrial imported MDF timber Experiment results manifested that all studied types of timber reach a constant density in 24 hours following the drying process, and density increases constantly based in flooding time even after 10 days of flooding . Besides, the results have shown that the density of industrial timber is approximately equal to the density of studied Oak wood.
The curves describing variation in relative water content based on water flooding time show that all types of studied timber do not reach the state of mass stability ,while we see volumetric stability in 24 hours following water flooding process .
