دراسة بعض الخصائص الصوتية لألواح الخشب الصناعي المصنعة من مركبات (البولي استر غير المشبع - بودرة الخشب)
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى دراسة قدرة ألواح خشب صناعي محضرة من مادة البولي استر غير المشبع (UPR) ونفايات بودرة الخشب على تخفيض شدة الصوت وذلك عند ترددات صوتية مختلفة . تم تحضير عينات الاختبار باستخدام أنواع مختلفة من بودرة الخشب (الشوح- الزان- السويد- المختلط) وبنسب مختلفة للمادة المالئة. أظهرت نتائج الاختبار أن كافة العينات المدروسة لديها قدرة على تخفيض شدة الصوت بنسب متفاوتة بسبب البنية الفراغية الخلوية التي تمتلكها بودرة الخشب, وأن بعض النسب تسبب تخفيض بشدة الصوت بمقدار يصل إلى عند التردد , كما أظهرت نتائج القياس تأثير كل من نسب المادة المالئة ونوعها على مقدار تخفيض شدة الصوت.
This research aims to study ability of wood plastic panels made of unsaturated polyester resin and wood flour to reduce sound intensity at different frequencies . The samples were prepared with types of wood flour (Abies-beech-beech pine- mixed of wood flour) and with different ratio of filler. The results showed that all the studied samples have ability to reduce sound intensity in varying ratios because of the cellular structure of the wood flour, and some ratios cause the reduction of sound intensity is up to at , also the results showed the effect of the ratio of filler and its type on the reduction of sound intensity.
