استئصال العدسة الطبيعية وزراعة عدسة كاذبة في حالات حسر البصر الشديد, نتائج, استطبابات واختلاطات
Abstract
1- الهدف:دراسة نتائج عملية استئصال عدسة مصابة بالساد أو طبيعية شفافة مع زراعة عدسة كاذبة لدى مرضى حسرالبصر الشديد.
2- المرضى والطريقة:خضعت 117 عين (67 مريض, 25 ذكور, 37.314% و42 أنثى, 62.686%) لعملية استئصال عدسة طبيعية مع زراعة عدسة كاذبة (بالفاكو ل 102 أعين واستخراج عدسة خارج المحفظة ل 15 عين).
3- النتائج: قبل العملية: كانت القدرة البصرية: أ- غير المصححة تراوحت بين العمى المطلق و 0.2, المتوسط = 0.01516 ± 0.02333, والوسيط = 0.01. ب- المصححة: تراوحت بين العمى المطلق و 0.6, بمتوسطٍ= 0.141±0.13303 ووسيطٍ= 0.01, بلغ المكافئ الكروي للكسر بين 24.5- إلى 6.5 كسيرة, المتوسط = 11.0299- ±5.67152 والوسيط = 11.0- كسيرة. تراوح طول القطر الأمامي الخلفي للعيون بين 25.37 - 45.37 ملم, المتوسط = 28.118±2.503 الوسيط=27.9 ملم.
بعد العملية: القدرة البصرية: أ- غير المصححة: تراوحت بين العمى المطلق وحتى 1.0, المتوسط = 0.2586±0.18655, الوسيط = 0.3.ب- المصححة: في نهاية فترة المراقبة تراوحت بين حس الضياء و 1.0, المتوسط = 0.5037±0.2473, الوسيط= 0.5. - المكافئ الكروي للكسر تراوح بين 4.75- حتى 3.0+ بمتوسط =0.9231- ±1.48863 ووسيط= 0.75-. كان فرق القدرة البصرية غير المصححة والمصححة بعد العملية ذو أهمية معنوية كبيرة .(P<0.05)
5- الخلاصة:تعتبر عملية استئصال العدسة وزراعة عدسة كاذبة في حالات حسر البصر الشديد مستطبة لأغراضٍ كسرية وعلاجية.
1. Objective:
The target was to study the results of a lens extraction with cataract or natural transparent with the implantation of an and intra ocular lens lens in patients with high myopia.
2. Patients and Methods:
A total of 117 eyes (67 patients, 25 males, 37.314% and 42 females, 62.686%) underwent to lens removal with implantation of an intra ocular lens (phaco for 102 eyes and an extra lens extraction for 15 eyes).
3. Results: Preoperation: the visual acuity: a - uncorrected was ranged from absolute blindness to 0.2, mean = 0.01516 ± 0.02333, and median = 0.01. b - corrected: ranged between absolute blindness and 0.6, with an average of 0.141 ± 0.13303 and a mean = 0.01, the spherical equivalent was between -24.5 to 6.5 dioptries, mean = -11.0299 ± 5.67152 and median = -11.0 dioptries. The axial length of the eyes ranged between 25.37 - 45.37 mm, mean 28.118 ± 2.503, median = 27.9 mm. Post-operation: Visual acuity: a. Uncorrected: ranged from absolute blindness to 1.0, mean = 0.2586 ± 0.18655, median = 0.3. b - corrected: at the end of control-periods ranged between absolute blindness and 1.0, mean 0.5037 ± 0.2473, median = 0.5. The spherical equivalent of refraction ranged from -4.75 to +3.0 with an average of -0.9231 ± 1.48863 and a mean of -0.75. The corrected and uncorrected visual acuity was postoperative significant (P <0.05).
5. Conclusion:
The removal of the lens and the implantation of an intra ocular lens are considered in cases of high myopia.Downloads
