مقارنة تعداد خلايا بطانة القرنيَة ونسبة الخلايا السداسيَة منها وثخانة القرنيَة بين حالات اللابؤريَة الحسريَة والمديَة
Abstract
1- الهدف:
مقارنة بطانة القرنية وثخانتها لدى الأفراد الذين لديهم لا بؤرية حسريَة مع أشخاص آخرين لديهم لا بؤرية مديَة.
2- مواد وطرائق البحث:
أخذ تعداد خلايا بطانة القرنية بجهاز: Endothelium Mic. Non contact, Specular Microscope, Italy ل 316 عين لديهم لابؤرية, 221 عين لابؤرية حسريَة (فئة أ) و95 عين لابؤرية مديَة (فئة ب).
3- النتائج:
316 عين ل 158 مريض (65 ذكر, 41.15%, 93 أنثى, 58.86%) تراوحت أعمارهم بين 6-75 سنة بمتوسط = 29.16±15.612. الفئة أ: 221 عين تراوحت أعمارهم بين 6-75 سنة, المتوسط= 28.08±13.845 سنة ولابؤريتهم بين 0.0 حتى 6.75 كسيرة بمتوسطٍ= 1.2195±1.21188 كسيرة, تعداد خلايا البطانة= 1189-4081 بمتوسط= 2799.12±397.407, نسبة الخلايا السداسية متراوحة بين 33-74% بمتوسطٍ =56.99±7.801, ثخانة القرنية تراوحت بين 495-654 بمتوسطٍ = 561.76±28.814 ميكرون. الفئة ب: 95 عين تراوحت أعمارهم بين 6-75 سنة (المتوسط= 31.67±18.948 سنة) ولابؤريتهم بين 0.0 حتى 5.0 كسيرة بمتوسطٍ= 1.3711±1.08781 كسيرة, تعداد خلايا البطانة= 1429-3758 خلية بمتوسط= 2766.56±462.973 خلية, نسبة الخلايا السداسية تراوحت بين 44-83% بمتوسطٍ =58.41±8.117, ثخانة القرنية كانت بين 510-621 متراوحة بمتوسطٍ=557.62±62.964 ميكرون.
4- الخلاصة:
إن تعداد خلايا بطانة القرنية وثخانة القرنية لدى الأفراد الذين لديهم لابؤرية حسرية (فئة أ) أكبر منه عند الذين لديهم لابؤرية مديَة (فئة ب) بفرقٍ إحصائيٍ مهم ونسبة الخلايا السداسية لدى المديين أكبر بشكلٍ مهم إحصائياً منه عند الحسريين.
1. Objective: Comparison of the corneal thickness, the count of corneal endothel-cells and the proportion of hexagonal- cells in individuals who have a myopic astigmatism with other people who have a hyperopic astigmatism2. Materials and methods: the count of corneal endothel-cells was performed with Endothelium Mic. Non contact, Specular Microscope, Italy, for 316 eyes, 221eyes have a myopic astigmatism (group A) and 95 eyes have a hyperopic astigmatism (group B).3. Results: 316 patients were assigned to 158 patients (65 males, 41.15%, 93 females, 58.86%) between 6 and 75 years of age, with an average of 29.16 ± 15.612. Group A: 221 eyes aged between 6 and 75 years, average 28.08 ± 13.845 years and their astigmatism between 0.0 to 6.75 dioptries with mean = 1.2195 ± 1.21188 dioptries, endothel-cells-count = 1189-4081 ( mean = 2799.12 ± 397.407), proportion of hexagonal cells ranged between 33-74% (average of 56.99 ± 7.801), corneal thickness ranged between 495-654( mean = 561.76 ± 28.814 μm). Group B: 95 eyes aged between 6 and 75 years (mean: 31.67 ± 18.948 years) and their astigmatism between 0.0 to 5.0 dioptries (mean = 1.3711 ± 1.08781), endothel-cells-count = 1429-3758 cells (mean = 2766.56 ± 462.973 cells), proportion of hexagonal cells ranged between 44-83% ( average 58.41 ± 8,177). The corneal thickness was between 510-621 (average of 557.62 ± 62.964 μm).4. Conclusion: The number of the count of corneal endothel-cells and the corneal thickness in individuals who have a myopic astigmatism (Group A) are significantly greater than in those with a hyperopic astigmatism (Group B) and the proportion of hexagonal- cells in Group B is statistically significantly higher than that of Group A.Downloads
