دراسة البعد الاجتماعي "المسافة الاجتماعية للقبول " لفريق نادي تشرين بكرة القدم 2005 - 2004
Abstract
شملت الدراسة 19 لاعباً من لاعبي فريق نادي تشرين للتعرف على اختيارات القبول لهم في محور الصداقة والمباراة ووقت الفراغ عن طريق استمارة الاختبار( السوسيومتري ) وتم التعبير عن هذه العلاقات بالخريطة الاجتماعية ( السوسيو جرام ) كما تم تحديد المكانة الاجتماعية للاعبين النجوم في كل محور وقد توصل الباحثان إلى أن البنية الاجتماعية للفريق لا تحتوي ظواهر سلبية تشير إليها العلاقات الاجتماعية الثلاث. بيد أن البنية تميزت بكثرة العلاقات المغلقة وقلة العلاقات المتبادلة وانخفاض القيمة الاجتماعية للاعب النجم في المجلات الثلاث. فضلا عن تكوين أفراد الفريق جماعات اجتماعية صغيرة في داخل الجماعة الأساسية، وهذه الجماعات يرتبط أعضاؤها بعلاقات مباشرة وغير مباشرة.
This study was done on 19 players, their acceptance choices were recognized by filling a "sociometric paper test of the there mentioned (the acceptance of the players of each others during their free time friends, and during games.
The researchers have concluded that the social structure does not contain any negative appearances that the three mentioned fields may include. We have to say here that this structure is distinguished through so many closed relations and not many mutual relations. Moreover, the social value of the star player has decreased in the three fields that had been studied
