تأثير التدريب الفتري بالأسلوب المكثف والموسّع في تنمية بعض المتغيرات الوظيفية والبدنية والمهارية بكرة السلة
Abstract
تحددت أهمية هذا البحث في كونه يبحث وسيلة علمية وعملية تتطرق إلى عدة متغيرات تسهم بشكل فعال في بناء لاعب وفريق كرة السلة من جوانب عدة بناء صحيحا حيث ارتبطت أهميــة البحث بمشكلة انتبه إليها الباحثان من خـلال خبرتهما الأكاديميـة والعمليـة , حيث وجـدا ضعفـا واضحا في الجانبين الفني والبدني للاعبي كرة السلة للناشئين في اللاذقية وعليه وضعا أساليب مختلفة للتدريب ليجدا أيهما الأفضل لحل هذه المشكلة والتطور بالمستوى البدني والفني لهؤلاء اللاعبيـن وقـد توصـل الباحثـان إلـى عـدة نتائـج تـؤكـد أن أسلـوب التـدريـب المكثـف لتطويـر المتغيرات المدروسة هو أفضل من أسلوب التدريب الموزع و مع ذلك كان للأسلوب الموزع تأثيرا إيجابيا أيضا على جملة المتغيرات عدا اختبار التحمل العام وإن هناك تبايـناً في التطور لجملة المتغيـرات وعليـه تركزت التوصيات على اعتماد الأسلوب المكثف بشكل أكبر من الأسلوب الموزع و الاستفادة من هذا البحث مـن قبـل المؤسسات الرياضية العاملة لتطوير لعبة كرة السلة.
This research examines a scientific and practical tool that highlights some variables that help to build a good basketball player and team. It is also important, because the researchers noticed through their academic and practical experience. They noted a clear weakness in the body and technique of young players in Lattakia. Different methods of trainings were decided in order to find solution for this problem and to improve the level of technique and bodily skills of these young players.
The researches had some results that show the goodness of intensive method over the distributed one. Despite that, the distributed method of training had a positive influence on the variables except for the general endurance test. Here, there is a disparity in the development of the variables and recommendations that were given to follow the intensive method of training more than the distributed one. Some recommendations were given to make use of this research by sport organizations that aim at improving basketball in lattakia.
