الاعتقاد العام والشخصي بالعالم المنصف لدى عينة من معلمي ومعلمات مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في محافظة اللاذقية دراسة ميدانية
Abstract
أجري البحث على عينة من المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظة اللاذقية بلغ عددهم (304) معلم ومعلمة، استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الاعتقاد الشخصي والعام بالعالم المنصف (إعداد كلوديا دالبرت)، هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف:
الفرق بين الاعتقادين العام والشخصي بالعالم المنصف لدى أفراد العينة.
الفروق بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الاعتقاد العام والشخصي بالعالم المنصف وفق المتغيرات الديموغرافية المتمثلة في (الجنس، العمر، عدد سنوات الخبرة المهنية، البيئة العمل بين الريف والمدينة).
توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياسي الاعتقاد الشخصي والعام بالعالم المنصف لصالح الاعتقاد الشخصي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الاعتقاد الشخصي بالعالم المنصف وفق المتغيرات الديموغرافية للدراسة، بينما توجد فروق على نفس المقياس وفق متغير بيئة العمل لصالح الريف، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد العينة على مقياس الاعتقاد العام بالعالم المنصف وفق نفس المتغيرات الديموغرافية.
The study was conducted on a sample of teachers in the province of Latakia numbered (304) teachers, researcher used scale of the Personal the General Belief in a Just World scale. The study aimed to identify:
The Differences between (PBJW) and (GBJW) to the members of the sample.
The differences between the members of the sample in the strength of the degree of (PBJW) and (GBJW) according to demographic variables (sex, age, number of years professional experience, working environment).
Researcher reached the following conclusions: there are differences between the scores of the sample on the scale of (PBJW) and (GBJW) for the benefit of (PBJW), there are no differences between the mean scores of the sample on a scale of (PBJW) and (GBJW) according to demographic variables for the benefit of the countryside, while there is differences on the same scale according to the work place.
