متطلبات تفويض السلطة من وجهة نظر مديرات رياض الأطفال في مدينة دمشق
Abstract
يهدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة الحاجة لمتطلبات تفويض السلطة من وجهة نظر مديرات رياض الأطفال، وكذلك تعرف الفروق من وجهة نظر مديرات رياض الأطفال تبعاً لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، والمؤهل التربوي, وسنوات الخبرة في إدارة رياض الأطفال, ونوع الرياض). اشتملت عينة البحث على (122) مديرة روضة في مدينة دمشق. ولتحقيق هدف البحث صممت الباحثة استبانة احتوت (56) فقرة، افترض أنها متطلبات تفويض السلطة من جهة (شروط التفويض, وكفاءات المفوض, ومجالات التفويض). وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة حاجة مديرات رياض الأطفال لمتطلبات تفويض السلطة جاءت كبيرة, إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لإجابات عينة البحث (3,84) عموماً, وكذلك بالنسبة لمحاور الاستبانة الثلاثة فقد جاءت درجة الحاجة لمتطلبات تفويض السلطة كبيرة, أعلاها في محور كفاءات المفوض (4,04), وأدناها في محور مجالات التفويض (3,73). كما تبين أنَّ (52) متطلباً كان ضرورياً بدرجة كافية من أصل (56) متطلباً, إذ تصل درجة الحاجة إليها إلى الوزن النسبي المحدد وهي 70% من الدرجة العظمى.وقد أظهرت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق دالة بين إجابات مديرات رياض الأطفال وفقاً للمتغيرات الأربعة. وقدم البحث مقترحات منها منح المديرات مزيداً من الصلاحيات, وتطبيق تفويض السلطة على نطاق أوسع.
The research aims to identify the degree of need for the requirements of authority delegation from the viewpoint of kindergartens′ principals, as well as to identify the differences in the perspective of kindergartens′ principals due to the following many variables. The sample research included (122) Directors. To achieve the objective the researcher designed a questionnaire which contained (56) assumptive paragraphs. The results showed that the degree of the need of kindergartens′ principals for the requirements of the authority delegation has come largely as arithmetic average (3.84), as well as for three questionnaire sides the degree came large; the highest is in the competence of Commissioner (4.04) and the lowest is in the areas of the authorization (3.73). As it turns out (52) requirements are necessary enough out of (56) as they reach the degree of requirement needed to set the relative weight of a 70% majority of the total degree. The results also showed that there are no significant differences between the responses of kindergartens′ principals according to the four variables.
