مدى استفادة الطلبة /المعلمين من الوسائل التعليمية التي يستخدمها معلم الصف في الميدان في أثناء التربية العملية
Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مدى استفادة الطلبة/ المعلمين من الوسائل التعليمية التي يستخدمها معلم الصف في الميدان في أثناء التربية العملية.
ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة, قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة لجمع المعلومات اللازمة مكونة من (49) بنداً موزعة على مجالين هما (جوانب الاستفادة من الوسائل التعليمية- العوائق التي يواجهها طلبة التربية العملية في المدرسة المضيفة ).
تكون المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة من جميع طلبة التربية العملية في كلية التربية بجامعة دمشق، وسحبت عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها 220 طالباً.
اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
أظهرت الدراسة أن أبرز جوانب استفادة الطلبة/ المعلمين من الوسائل التعليمية التي يستخدمها معلم الصف في الميدان هو استخدام السبورة التعليمية والكتاب المدرسي, كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاستفادة من الوسائل التعليمية التي يستخدمها معلم الصف في ضوء متغيرات الدراسة تعزى للخبرة حيث كانت لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات.
كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم العوائق التي يواجهها الطلبة المعلمين في المدرسة المضيفة هي قدم الأجهزة التعليمية وكثرة أعطالها وعدم مناسبة القاعات, وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء نتائجها.
The study aimed to identify the extent to which students/teachers benefit from teaching aids used by the classroom teacher in the practical field.
To achieve the goal of this study, the researcher has devised a questionnaire to gather the necessary information made up of 49 items distributed on two areas: advantage of educational tools and barriers faced by students of practical education in the host school.
The study was carried on a random sample of 220of practical education students in the Faculty of Education at Damascus University. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method.
The study showed that the board and educational textbook used by the classroom teacher are the tools most useful to students. Of significance was the teacher's experience, with teachers of 10 years experience being more beneficial to students than teachers with less experience.
Results of the study also showed that most important obstacles faced by students and teachers in the host school are related old devices requiring frequent repair and the lack of suitable halls.The study concluded with a set of recommendations in the light of the results.
