اتجاهات معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي نحو طريقة لعب الأدوار (دراسة ميدانية في مدارس مدينة اللاذقية)
Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the attitudes of the teachers of the basic education phase towards the role playing method and the effect of both the variables of the number of years of service and the scientific qualification in these attitudes. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed as a research tool, and it included three axes, after verifying its validity and persistence. The results indicated that the teachers of the basic education stage have positive attitudes towards the role play method, and there were no statistically significant differences in their attitudes towards the role playing method according to the variable of the scientific qualification in the axes of the questionnaire as a whole, but there were statistically significant differences according to this variable in the applicability axis of the method. There were no statistically significant differences in their direction according to the variable number of years of service.
هدف البحث إلى تعرّف اتجاهات معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي نحو طريقة لعب الأدوار، وأثر كل من متغيري عدد سنوات الخدمة والمؤهل العلمي في هذه الاتجاهات، وصُممت من أجل ذلك استبانة مؤلفة من ثلاثة محاور، و (35) بند كأداة للبحث، وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها، طُبقت على عينة مكونة من (214) معلماً ومعلمةً من معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدينة اللاذقية، وأشارت النتائج إلى أنّ معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي لديهم اتجاهات إيجابية نحو طريقة لعب الأدوار، ولم توجد فروق دالّة إحصائياً في اتجاهاتهم نحو طريقة لعب الأدوار وفقاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في محاور الاستبانة ككل، وفي كل من محوري (مفهوم الطريقة وأهميتها)، في حين كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً وفقاً لهذا المتغير في محور إمكانية تطبيق الطريقة، ولم توجد فروق دالّة إحصائياً في اتجاهاتهم وفقاً لمتغير عدد سنوات الخدمة.
