معوقات تكافؤ الخدمات التعليمية بين تلاميذ المدن وتلاميذ الريف في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في محافظة اللاذقية
Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the obstacles of equal educational opportunities between urban and rural students in the first cycle schools of basic education in Lattakia governorate, and the effect of some variables in this. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive method was used by designing a questionnaire consisting of (62) items divided into four fields. The research sample consisted of (35) educational male and female instructors and (372) male and female teachers. The most important results were:
The level of equal educational opportunities between urban and rural students in the first cycle of basic education in Lattakia Governorate was high in terms of (education and physical facilities, education services and teachers), while it was moderate in terms of (school administration, pupils' disabilities) . There were differences in the mean of the responses of the research sample on the questionnaire field according to the variable of the place of school in favor of the rural schools, and according to the variable of employment differences were in favor of the teachers, while there were no statistically significant differences according to the variables of scientific and educational qualification and the number of years of experience.
هدف البحث إلى تعرّف معوقات تكافؤ الخدمات التعليمية بين تلاميذ المدن وتلاميذ الريف في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في محافظة اللاذقية، وأثر بعض المتغيرات في ذلك. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث جرى استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تصميم استبانة تألفت من (62) عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور، أما عينة البحث فقد تكونت من (35) موجه تربوي وموجهة، و(372) معلماً ومعلمة. وكان من أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها:
جاءت درجة معوقات تكافؤ الخدمات التعليمية بين تلاميذ المدن وتلاميذ الريف في مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في محافظة اللاذقية على محوري (تمويل التعليم والتجهيزات المادية للمدرسة، الخدمات التعليمية والمعلمين) مرتفعة، بينما جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على محوري (الإدارة المدرسية، المعوقات التي تتعلق بالتلاميذ)، ووجدت فروق في متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث على محاور الاستبانة وفق متغيري مكان المدرسة لصالح مدارس الريف، ووفق متغير الوظيفة لصالح المعلمين، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً وفق متغيري المؤهل العلمي والتربوي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة.
