The degree of availability of educational competencies for the first cycle teachers -A field study in basic education schools in the city of Lattakia-
Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the degree of availability of educational competencies among teachers of the first cycle in basic education schools in the city of Lattakia from their point of view, and the research also aimed at identifying the differences in the degree of availability of these competencies according to the variables of experience and scientific qualification, and the research sample reached (218) male and female teachers who were completed They were randomly chosen from schools in Lattakia, as the number of members of the original community, according to the statistics of the Education Directorate for the year 2019-2020 (2632) male and female teachers. To reach the research objectives, a list of educational competencies was divided into three axes (planning - implementation - and evaluation of the lessons) prepared by the researcher (Appendix 1). The results confirmed that the degree of teachers 'possession of educational competencies was in the following order: planning competencies - evaluation efficiencies - and implementation efficiencies, and the results also showed that there were differences between teachers' possession of educational competencies as a whole according to the variable of experience in favor of those with more than 10 years of experience and in relation to the variable of the educational qualification in favor of holders Educational Qualification Diploma.هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرّف درجة توافر الكفايات التعليميّة لدى معلّمي الحلقة الأولى في مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مدينة اللّاذقيّة من وجهة نظرهم، وهدف البحث أيضاً إلى تعرّف الفروق في درجة توافر هذه الكفايات وفقاً لمتغيري الخبرة والمؤهّل العلمي، وبلغت عيّنة البحث (218) معلّماً ومعلّمة تمّ اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي من مدارس مدينة اللّاذقيّة، إذ بلغ عدد أفراد المجتمع الأصلي وفق إحصائيات مديرية التّربية لعام 2019-2020م (2632) معلّماً ومعلّمة. للوصول إلى أهداف البحث تمّ اعتماد قائمة للكفايات التعليميّة مقسّمة على ثلاثة محاور (التخطيط- والتنفيذ- والتقويم للدّروس) من إعداد الباحثة (الملحق 1). وأكدّت النتائج على أنّ درجة امتلاك المعلّمين للكفايات التعليميّة كانت على الترتب الآتي: كفايات التخطيط- كفايات التقويم- وكفايات التنفيذ، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين امتلاك المعلّمين للكفايات التعليميّة ككل وفقاً لمتغير الخبرة لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات وبالنّسبة لمتغيّر المؤهّل العلمي لصالح حاملي شهادة دبلوم التّأهيل التّربوي.
