Abstract
The objective of the research was to determine the degree of training needs of the principals of the kindergartens of Lattakia in the light of modern administrative approaches (Business Processes Re-engineering and Governance) and to examine whether there are statistically significant differences between the estimates of the principals of kindergartens F their needs (administrative, social and humanitarian, Technical) attributable to variables (number of training courses, and kindergarten follow-up). To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was constructed and distributed to (77) nanny in Lattakia. (62) were returned, and based on the appropriate statistical methods, the following results were obtained:
1-The degree of (administrative and technical) needs of the principals of kindergartens institutions in the city of Lattakia was high.
2-The degree of the social and humanitarian needs of the principals of kindergartens institutions in the city of Lattakia was medium.
3-There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the degrees of the managers in their estimation of the degree of their needs (administrative, humanitarian, social, and technical) due to the variables (number of training courses and kindergarten follow-up.)
The research recommended:
1.Conduct further studies to determine the training needs of the managers of kindergartens in the light of modern administrative approaches (crisis management, change management.)......
2.Conduct further studies to determine the training needs of school principals in the higher education levels (primary, secondary.)
3.Coordinating with the educational supervisors - Kindergarten teachers - to conduct successive studies in order to monitor the needs of managers on a continuous basis to build training programs in light of these needs.
