الإحساس بالمسؤولية وعلاقتها بأساليب التفكير لدى العاملين في الحقل التربوي في مدينة دمشق

Abstract

اهتمت الدارسة الحالية بالتعرف إلى مفهوم الإحساس بالمسؤولية لدى العاملين في مدارس مدينة دمشق وأساليبهم في التفكير، والتعرف إلى علاقة الإحساس بالمسؤولية لدى أفراد عينة البحث وبعض المتغيرات: الجنس، نوع العمل (إداري / مدرس)، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي.

وقد أُجريت الدراسة الحالية على /ثمانية وتسعين/ فرداً من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والإدارية (باستثناء المدراء) لعينة منتقاة من مدارس التعليم الأساسي / الحلقة الأولى في مدينة دمشق وقد بلغ عدد المدارس /ست/ مدارس اختيرت من كافة مناطق المدينة لتراعي التوزع الجغرافي لتلك المدارس وبمعدل (7.79%) من مجموع مدارس الحلقة الأولى الـ /77/، وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة بدءاً من تاريخ 24 / 10 / 2010م وانتهى بـتاريخ  11 / 11 / 2010م.

وقد اُستخدم في الدراسة الحالية مقياس تحمل المسؤولية وهو من إعداد الباحث، وقائمة أساليب التفكير لـ "ستيرنبرج". وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية إحصائية بين الإحساس بالمسؤولية لدى العاملين وأساليب التفكير التي يستخدمونها، كما أنه لم يكن هناك أي فروق إحصائية لتحمل المسؤولية عند الأفراد تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، نوع العمل (إداري / مدرس)، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي.

This study identifies the sense of responsibility concept of workers in Damascus city schools and their ways of thinking and the sense of responsibility of individuals and some variables such as gender, types of work (administrator, teacher), experience, and qualifications. This research is conducted on 98 individuals representing members of administrative and teaching institutions (excluding principals), a sample selected from basic education schools in Damascus. Six schools, at a rate of nine percent of the total number of schools in basic education /77/, are chosen from all areas of the city taking into account the geographical distribution of these schools. The measures used in this study involve the responsibility scale prepared by the researcher and a list of thinking methods by Sternberg. The findings of this study indicate that there is neither statistical relation between the sense of responsibility and thinking methods nor any statistical difference in individuals taking responsibility in accordance with gender, type of work (administrator, teacher), experience, and qualifications
