دراسة الفعالية التثبيطية لمستخلصات نبات النعناع Mentha longifolia تجاه عزلة من الفطر Drechslera dematioidea
Abstract
درس في هذا البحث تأثير تراكيز مختلفة من خلاصات نبات النعناع Mentha longifolia الاسيتونية والميتانولية والأيتانولية في نمو الفطر Drechslera dematioidea، وقد أظهرت جميع الخلاصات تأثيراً تثبيطياً عالياً ضد هذا الفطر .
اختلفت الفعالية التثبيطية باختلاف المذيبات والجزء المستخدم من النبات وتركيز الخلاصة، وقد تراوحت اﻠ MIC للخلاصات المختلفة بين 0.002 و0.06 غ/مل.
كانت الخلاصات الأسيتونية بشكل عام هي الأقوى مقارنة بالمحلات الأخرى وأتت بعدها خلاصات الايتانول ثم الميتانول وأبدت خلاصات الأزهار فعالية عالية جداً مقارنة بالأجزاء الأخرى من النبات حيث كان التثبيط كاملاً بالتركيز 0.002 غ/مل مع جميع المحلات.
كانت خلاصات الساق هي الأقل فعالية مقارنة بأجزاء النبات الأخرى، وبلغت اﻠ MIC لخلاصات الساق الأسيتونية والايتانولية 0.04 غ/مل، أما مع الخلاصة الميتانولية فكانت 0.06 غ/مل.
In this research was studied the effect of different concentrations of extracts of Mentha longifolia (ethanolic – methanlic – acetonic) on growth of Drechslera dematioidea, all extracts revealed high inhibitory effect against this Fungi.
The inhibitory effect differenced with the difference of kind of solvents and using part of plant and the concentration of extract.
The MIC of different extracts ranged between 2.002 and 0.06 g/ml.
The acetonic extracts was the more activity comparing with the other solvents then ethanolic extracts and methanolic.
The extracts of flowers showed high activity comparing with the other parts of plant the inhibition was completed at (0.002 g/ml) concentration with all solvents.
the extracts of stem was the less activity comparing with the other parts of plant and the MIC of ethanolic and acetonic stem extracts was 0.04g/ml while the methanolic extract was 0.06 g/ml.
