أول تسجيل للهدبيات المتطفلة خارجياً Ectoparasitic Ciliophora على أسماك الكارب الشائع Common Carp في بحيرة سد صلاح الدين- اللاذقية- سورية
Abstract
شملت الدراسة 123 سمكة كارب جمعت عشوائياً وشهرياً من بحيرة سد صلاح الدين- اللاذقية- سورية خلال المدة بين شهر تموز 2014وشهر حزيران 2015 . أظهر الفحص المجهري للمسحات المخاطية المأخوذة من سطح جسم الأسماك الخارجي أنها مصابة بثلاثة أنواع من الهدبيات : Trichodina nigra Ichthyophthirius multifiliis , Chilodonella cyprini, نسبة و شدة الإصابة على التوالي : 34.96% ,4.86 4 , 19.51% - - 5.21 , 11.38%. وقد أبدت معظم هذه الطفيليات الهدبية علاقة مباشرة ببعض المؤشرات البيئية اللإحيائية خصوصاً الحرارة و الإحيائية كالجنس حيث تضمنت العينات المدروسة 57 عينة سمكية مصابة ( 24ذكور, 33إناث) بشدة ونسبة إصابة بلغت على التوالي :5.041 ,60 %6.36 - , 62.26% . لم يظهر بالتحليل الإحصائي فروق معنوية في إصابة ذكور وإناث الأسماك بالأنواع الطفيلية الثلاثة عند درجة ثقة 0.05 (p-value=0.06>0.05) بينما وجدت فروق معنوية بين إصابة الأسماك وأعمارها المختلفة عند درجة ثقة 0.05 (p-value=0.039<0.05) حيث ازدادت إصابة الأسماك بتلك الطفيليات بازدياد أعمارها . A total of 123 carp fish were collected randomly and monthly from Salah – AL Deen Dam lake in Lattakia – Syria During the period from july 2014 until June 2015. Microscopic examination of these fishes revealed that they were infected with three species of ciliated protozoan : Trichodina nigra , Ichthyophthirius multifiliis , Chilodonella cyprini with intensities and prevalence of infestation respectively : 34,96% , 4.86 - 19.51% , 4 - 11.38% , 5.21 . Most of these ciliatic parasites have shown direct relationship with some non-biotic environmental factors particulary temperature and some biotic factors \ sex\ wherever . In this study 57 specimens including 24 males, 33 females were found infected with ectoparasitic ciliata . Intensity, prevalence of parasites were: 5.041, 60%, 6.36, 62.26%. The statistical analysis showed No significant differences at the level of 0.05 (p-value=0.06>0.05) But significant differences were found among fish infection with different age at the level of 0.05 (p-value=0.039<0.05) , fish infection with these parasites increased with increasing fish age.Downloads
