أول تسجيل لمشوكات رأس طفيلية في أسماك الفصيلة البورية البحرية Mugilidae في شواطئ اللاذقية/ سوريا
Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أنواع الديدان مشوكات الرأس Acanthocephala الطفيلية المعزولة من أمعاء 269 سمكة بوري ( الفصيلة البورية Mugilidae ) بأعمار 3-18 شهراً. شملت الدراسة أربعة أنواع من أسماك الفصيلة البورية هي: Chelon labrosus, Liza aurata, Liza ramada, Mugil cephalus .
جمعت الأسماك من موقعين من شاطئ مدينة اللاذقية مختلفي الظروف البيئية نسبياً و هما: منطقة المعهد العالي للبحوث البحرية, و تعد منطقة نظيفة نسبياً, ومنطقة مرفأ اللاذقية ( ميناء الصيد و النزهة) و هي منطقة ذات تلوث عضوي و نفطي. تم تصنيف نوعين من الديدان مشوكات الرأس:7 ديدان منها تنتمي للنوع Neoechinorhynchus agilis , و 4 ديدان تنتمي للنوع Acanthogyrus lizae.
The aim of the performed study was the determination of parasitic Acanthocephala –species isolated from intestine of 269 mugilid –fishes ( Mugilidae) aged 3-18 Months. The study included four species of Mugilidae fishes : chelon labrosus, liza aurata, liza ramada,mugil cephalus.
Fish was captured from tow areas relatively different in environmental circumstances: Institute for marine research- station-, without pollution.
Lattakia harbor- station ( fishing station) , it exist organic and petroleum contamination. Classification of two Acanthocephala- species was made ,7 worms of them belong to species Neoechinorhynchus agilis, and 4 worms of them belong to species Acanthogyrus lizae.
