Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث لتحقيق حساب التكاليف الإنتاجية لكافة عمليات زراعة محصول الباذنجان، وتحليلها، وحساب عوائدها الاقتصادية، تم إجراء الدراسة اعتماداً على أسعار عام 2015، ومقارنتها بأسعار عام 2010، حيث تم اعتماد الأسعار والتكاليف والأجور وقت إنفاقها، أي من وقت إعداد الأرض وتحضيرها للزراعة وصولاً إلى الإنتاج والتسويق. توصلت النتائج إلى أن محصول الباذنجان له ريعية اقتصادية جيدة ويحقق مايلي: 1- الناتج الإجمالي(ل.س/دونم/سنة) = 675000 ل.س. 2- التكاليف الإنتاجية الإجمالية(ل.س/دونم/سنة) = 594042 ل.س. 3- صافي الدخل المزرعي للدونم الواحد (ل.س/دونم/سنة) = 641368 ل.س. 4- الربح من الدونم الواحد (ل.س/دونم/سنة) =81000 ل.س. 5- معدل دوران الأصول المتغيرة = 1.53 مرة/سنة و زمن دوران الأصول المتغيرة = 240 يوم. 6- معامل الربحية : أ‌- معامل الربحية بالقياس إلى التكاليف الإنتاجية= 18.50% ب‌- معامل الربحية بالقياس إلى رأس المال المستثمر = 13.65%. This research aims to achieve production costs for all agriculture crop eggplant operations account, and analysis, and the calculation of economic returns, has been conducting the study based on 2015 prices, compared with 2010 prices, where prices and costs adoption and wages as their spending, any time of land preparation and preparation for planting down to production and marketing. And it found the results to be eggplant crop has good economic rents and achieves the following: 1. GDP (SP / acre / year) SP = 675000. 2. The total production costs (SP / acre / year) = 594 042 SP. 3. Net farm income per acre (SP / acre / year) = 641 368 LS. 4. Profit from dunum (SP / acre / year) = 81000 SP. 5. Turnover changing assets = 1.53 SP and the changing asset turnover = 240 time SP. 6. profitability coefficient: A coefficient of profitability compared to the production costs = 18.50%. B. earnings multiple relative to invested capital = 13.65%.
