العوامل المؤثرة في سلوك المستهلك من الأغذية المحفوظة, في مدينة اللاذقية.
Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل المؤثرة في سلوك المستهلك من الأغذية المحفوظة, في مدينة اللاذقية واستخدم لذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة مدى التأثير، وتمّ اختيار عيّنة مكونة من 150 مستهلك من مجتمّع الدراسة داخل مدينة اللاذقية موزعة على ثلاثة أحياء هي الصليبة والزراعة وحي تشرين, واستخدم لها استبيان. وبعد تحليل البيانات أظهرت الدراسة أنه لا يوجد تأثير لكلّ من العوامل الشخصيّة (كالجنس، والعمر, والحالة العائلية), إضافة لحجم الأسرة, في سلوك المستهلك وحصته السوقية من الأغذية المحفوظة, في حين يوجد تأثير لكلّ من عنوان السكن, إضافة للعوامل الثقافية (المستوى التعليمي), والعوامل الاقتصادية (الدخل), في سلوك المستهلك وحصته السوقية من الأغذية المحفوظة. فقد بيّنت نتائج البحث, أن متطلّبات الإنسان من الأغذية المحفوظة تتغيرّ بتغيّر فئته العمرية, لكن متطلّبات الأسرة من هذه المواد لا تتغيرّ بتغيّر عمر ربّ الأسرة, أما بالنسبة لتأثير كلّ من الجنس, والحالة العائلية فلا تأثير لهما في استهلاك المواد الغذائية المحفوظة. كما بيّنت النتائج أن 80% من عيّنة الدراسة, لا يتجاوز إنفاقهم الشهري على شراء الأغذية المحفوظة (7500) ل.س.
This study aims to determine the factors impacting the consumer behavior of preserved food, in the city of Latakia, using the descriptive analytical study of the impact, the sample was selected from society study of Latakia city (sample size is 150 consumer) spread over three districts; Saliba, Al-Ziraa and Tishreen ave. After using the questionnaire and data analysis, our study shows that there is no influence of the personal factors (gender, age and marital status); added to the family size; in consumer behavior, and market share of preserved food. While the home address factor, added to the culture factors (education), and economic factors (income), are influencing in the consumer behavior, and market share of preserved food. Our results have shown, that human requirements of preserved food changes with age, but at the same time the family requirements of these articles does not change with the age change of the head of household. As for the influence of gender, and marital status does not affect consumption of preserved food. as results showed that 80% of the study sample do not exceed the monthly spending on preserved food (7500) S.P.
